Lane Premium Subscription Terms

Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to Lane Premium.
1. General Provisions
The Lane Premium subscription provides the user with extended access to Lane app functions, including but not limited to:
- Downloading tracks for offline listening (caching).
- High-quality audio playback.
- Ad-free experience.
- Access to exclusive personalization features (themes, icons).
- Enhanced interaction capabilities (photos in comments).
2. Subscription Types and Cost
We offer the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Subscription: Billing occurs once a month.
- Annual Subscription: Billing occurs once a year (a discount is provided compared to the monthly plan).
The current price for each plan is displayed on the subscription screen within the app. The billing currency depends on your account region.
3. Payment and Automatic Renewal
- Payment is processed through a secure payment gateway.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (month or year).
- Funds for the next period will be charged to the linked payment method 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, unless you cancel the subscription in advance.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
How to cancel:
Go to "Settings" -> "Profile" -> "Subscription Management" in the Lane app or follow the instructions of your payment provider.
Effect of cancellation: Upon cancellation, auto-renewal is disabled. You will retain access to Lane Premium features until the end of the already paid period. After this term expires, the account will be reverted to the free version.
5. Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, except as required by the laws of your country or app store regulations.
6. Price Changes
The Lane service reserves the right to change the subscription price. In the event of a price change, we will notify you in advance (via email or in-app notification).
Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.
7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription in the event of a violation of the Lane User Agreement or the inability to charge funds for subscription renewal.
